“NYSYR Chris Dziedzic examines the new five-foot tall action figure of Jonathan Judge in pirate garb outside of the new Lego store in Binghamton. The pirate garb figure is the latest in a series of hot-selling, giant-sized action figures of New York State Young Republicans. The first figure, of Chairman Dziedzic in construction garb, flew off the shelves. In a related story, producers of “Bob the Builder” are now suing Dziedzic, saying that the Dziedzic action figure too closely resembles its trademarked character.” – Tim Kolpien
